Mary Colegrove
Mary trained at the Oxford School of Ballet before going to The Arts Educational School, London, where she gained all her dancing and teaching qualifications.
While still training, she danced before Dame Margot Fonteyn in exhibition work for The Royal Academy of Dance, and worked with The London Festival Ballet at The Festival Hall. This was followed by engagements in Europe, including seasons with the German Pfalztheater Ballet, and Munich Television Ballet companies.

Mary, has danced many of the great roles from the classical repertoire as well as contemporary dance on stage and on screen.

She took over the Oxford School of Ballet in 1978 and was appointed an Examiner for The Royal Academy of Dance in 1981.
